I offer no returns. Message me and please send me pictures of the damaged product. I have to do this for insurance purposes only. After I see the damage, I will either refund you or offer a replacement so that you can reorder if needed. If the damage is deemed non-consequential (i.e., the item was slightly damaged but tasted good), no refund or replacement will be offered.

The shipping is non-refundable as trading cards and associated items are not covered by insurance unless the packaging is clearly damaged. This is why pictures are so important for me and for you. I am fairly reasonable with my refund policy, but I must see images of the damage.

Packages are eligible up to $100 in compensation, but this is entirely dependent on the shipping company and their decision on the claim.
