Return and Refunds policy:

I offer no returns. Message me and please send me pictures of any damaged product. I have to do this for insurance purposes. After I see the damage, I will either refund you or offer a replacement, if available, so that you can reorder if needed. If the damage is deemed non-consequential (i.e., only the outer packaging is damaged but the card/card product is fine), no refund or replacement will be offered. 

The shipping is non-refundable as trading cards are not covered by insurance unless the packaging is clearly damaged. This is why pictures are so important for me and for you. I am fairly reasonable with my refund policy, but I must see images of the damage. If the carrier in question (DHL, UPS, or USPS) deems your package damage as not worthy of a refund or compensation, you will not get a refund for shipping damage. I am a very small business with just one employee who can't take losses in income like that as much as the big corporate giants like Amazon or Walmart.
